Just click on an entry in your Microsoft contacts or personal address book, and the system dials the number for you. What could be simpler?

Manage Communications from your Desktop
You'll never have to remember a phone number or flip through a directory again. Simply type in the name of your contact and the Corporate Call interface will pull the number you need from your personal directory. No need to even dial! Just click the dial icon, type a couple of letters, and press enter. You can even dial phone numbers from email messages by simply dragging and dropping the number on the Corporate Call toolbar.
Conference Calls with Just a Click of the Mouse
Take advantage of the contact and exchange directories in Outlook when calling, transferring, and setting up conference calls. Just select the conference participants' names from the directory and let the conference begin. You can stay in touch with your clients and business associates whether you're in the office or on the road. Configure Corporate Call to forward all emails or just high-priority emails to your cell phone or pager so you can act on messages wherever you are. Corporate Call can also page you about upcoming appointments in your Outlook calendar, or even inform internal callers when you're in a scheduled meeting.
Get up to Speed before the Conversation Begins
Corporate Call's screen-pop feature delivers valuable information about incoming callers to ensure more productive conversations from the start. When you activate screen pops, Corporate Call compares caller ID information with the contact and address book information stored in your Microsoft Exchange® database and local .myd files to deliver information about the caller.
When no contact or address book information is available, Corporate Call still displays the caller's name, telephone number, and the geographic origin of the call (where Caller ID available).
Simple Installation
Corporate Call software runs on Windows 95, 98, NT, or 2000® and connects to a Comdial phone system through your LAN or a serial connection. No extra hardware is needed for your PC.
This software integrates seamlessly with Comdial's FX II and DXP business phone systems and can also be used with a variety of manufacturers TAPI-compliant digital communications systems. Call Comdial for a complete list of approved systems and supported features.
